It's time for you to register for IRRC's two summer races - Run With The Deer Flies 25K & 15K on Sunday, July 28th and Run For The Trail 7K Run & 2-Mile Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, August 10th.
The Deer Fly is a popular regional trail run. Both distances are challenging with the 25K a little more so. Runners come back year after year to "run with the Fly." Finishers' medals for all plus the coveted Deer Fly Swatters. Come out and have a good time.
The 7K and 2-Mile provide great family fun. The 7K is a competitive race on a quiet country road with a run to the finish on the Ghost Town Trail. The 2-Mile is on a nearby closed-to-traffic section of the Ghost Town Trail, ideal for younger runners and walkers. Family pricing available. Bring the whole family. Ice cream treats after the race.
Take a few moments to register today! Registration links can be found above.

TEAM RED, WHITE, AND BLUE
Team RWB chapters and communities deliver consistent, local opportunities for veterans and the community to connect through physical and social activity. And it is so much more than running. They host regular fitness activities, social gatherings, and participate in local races and events together. Veterans can also develop their leadership skills by serving as a volunteer leader in their local chapter. These programs are at the core of Team RWB’s mission.
We are fortunate to have a very active chapter of Team Red, White, and Blue in our area. To contact the Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania Chapter, e-mail Kate Bielak at Kate.Bielak@teamrwb.org
