Our thanks to all who came out to run with us on Saturday, August 10th.  Weather was perfect.  Trail was in good shape.  Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 9, 2025 for next year's race.

      For those who have not run the race, the 7K Run is a competitive run with the first half on quiet country roads with the run to the finish on the Ghost Town Trail.  Awards are artisan-made wooden train engines for top three males and females, donated in 2024 by Tad Pajak of Tall Pine Safety; top three age group winners will receive gold, silver or bronze railroad spikes.

​

      The 2-Mile Fun Run/Walk will be held on a nearby closed-to-traffic section of the Ghost Town Trail, making it ideal for younger runners and walkers.  Participants in the 2-Mile will be in a drawing for one of five gift cards donated by local businesses.

​

     The Run For The Trail offers something for everyone and we encourage you to bring the whole family to run or walk.
